                                                            My Top Ten Comfort Foods
Fruit Pancakes are a great comfort food. Personally I enjoy a fresh blueberry pancake whenever I want to cry my heart out. If you are a chocolate kind of person adding chocolate chips is always a great option to liven your day!

Beef tenderloin is my all time favorite heavy dinner. Slow cooking it in a pot with onions and other spices gives it a warming flavor that is hard to come by with other foods. Try wrapping the beef in a an onion to give it some crunch....mmm Delicious.

There is nothing better than pulling a freshly cooked peach cobbler out of the oven and digging into the layers of gooey goodness. Coating the top of the cobbler with graham cracker crumbs is an excellent way to add flavor to this all time great comfort food.

Mac and Cheese has always been a hit or miss food item for me. I often times get this food over cooked or too soggy, also the store brand is a no no. The cheese they use is not only unhealthy, but it is rather disgusting and has a sort of pasty texture. Homemade mac and cheese is the real deal. Real cheddar or American cheese melted over properly cooked noodles is an absolute delight.
Meat loaf is my grandmas favorite meal to cook, but she is terrible at making it. In fact the best meatloaf

Assignement #1

 http://funnfud.blogspot.com/
This website has a very appealing template.  It runs off of tabs on the top of the website. It is very easy to navigate and find whatever you are looking for. It also relates to many different aspects of food such as, health, recipes, and restaurants

This blog has a very colorful template. It is not too difficult to find what you are looking for, although it is sometimes confusing when searching for specific recipes. It is colerful and does attract attention.

Purpose: To grade restaurants in Charlotte N.C.

Template: My template is a cafe. I chose this one because it represents travel and coziness.

Audience: I am trying to reach two different audiences. This first is anyone in Charlotte looking for an idea on where to eat.
The second is people traveling into Charlotte who may be looking for friendly lunch meeting restaurants, and cheap eats.
